1 Property Purchase

In every transaction, we are committed to the utmost transparency and generosity, which we demonstrate by laying out all of your options clearly and without pressure: the choice is yours.

We will tell you upfront how much each part of the proposed restoration project will cost, and what the financials will look like for all involved (i.e., us, you, our contractors, agents, attorneys, etc.) so you can make the best and most informed decision possible.

2 Home Restoration

We don’t just ‘flip houses’ – we restore homes. When we show up for a restoration project, we apply the highest professional standards, and that is why we feel confident putting our name on it. 

We are committed to quality, through and through, which means going way beyond shiny exteriors that look good for the viewing but then deteriorate a few months later. Our work goes deep: plumbing, electrical, roofing, framing, drywall – whatever is required, we’ll do the best job possible. 

Restoring homes and helping people is what we do.

3 Property Sale

After the home restoration process is complete, we will list the property as trusted local realtors so that another family can find their dream home and make memories that will last a lifetime. 

Wherever possible, we also ask people we meet in the local community whether they have friends or family who might want to move in, as a direct referral. We believe this is one of the best ways to facilitate friendlier, more integrated neighborhoods.
