No one had been in the home for two years. She asked if we could buy it as is for a fair price. We were able to purchase the home and clean it out with little waste. We found charity groups, consignment stores, etc, to distribute the items to individuals who could use them. We rehabilitated the home and sold it to a 24-year-old, first-time home buyer.
